Cottage No. 2

This accommodation unit is known as the ocean unit as the décor colours reflect the colours of the ocean and water and beach.

Situated in the middle of 3 units with a walk of 15 meters to the carport with garden entrance from the communal path, ground level.

The garden area with braai and garden furniture is a dedicated area for this unit. Entry into the cottage is through the glass patio doors.

This kitchen has an electric stove with oven and a microwave oven.

The main bedroom has a double bed with a small space around the bed and is kept cool with an industrial ceiling fan. The closet has a dresser with mirror and stool.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 single base beds, closet, dressing table and chair, bedside tables and an air-con. When used correctly this air conditioner unit can keep the entire unit cool.

The child beds are 2 single stack beds in the lounge area. These beds can be both on the floor but will take up some space. There is a high-velocity floor fan.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy 6 persons per unit of which we allow maximum 4 adults only, the balance must be children. Adult families all over 12 years, willing to sleep in the lounge, will be welcomed.

Bring Along

Own food, all toiletries, insect repellent (inside and outside), sun protection, rain protection, beach furniture, wood/charcoal and emergency light, optional own decoder - card - cable.

Other

Parking is on site at carport under roof cover for 1 vehicle per unit.
Strictly Non – smoking within 1 meter from building.

Child Policy

All ages welcome. Due to wildlife surrounds parental presence is essential and at the swimming pool.

Extra Fee: Refundable key and breakage deposit of R300.00. Payable on arrival and refunded on departure after inspection.

Seasons

Low Season

All dates except December Peak and Long Weekends
Rate is per person per night.
The minimum rate is the same for 1 or 2 persons. Single rate = 2 persons.
Minimum stay is 2 consecutive nights (1 night may be available – please ask)

High Season

December Peak 15 December to 2 January: Rate is Per Unit Per Night, Minimum stay 5 nights, No departure or arrival on 25 December and 1 January.

Long Weekends: Rate is Per Person Per Night, Minimum stay 3 consecutive nights.

Examples of calculating stay:

Rate low season for 2 persons for 2 nights = R1600.00 ( 800 x 2 nights)
Rate long weekend for 4 persons for 3 nights = R3750.00 ( 1250 x 3 nights)
