Cottage No. 3

Also known as the Little One because it has 1 bedroom only and is perfect for a couple.

Situated on the far end from the carport with garden entrance from the communal path into its own garden area with patio entrance doors. Ground level.

The kitchen has an electric stove with oven and a microwave oven.

The only bedroom has a double bed and an air-conditioner unit inside the bedroom. This keeps the entire unit cool when operated correctly. The room has a custom-built closet with mirror and dresser table.

The child beds are in the lounge area, used as a couch. One single bed pulls out from under the top bed and both stand on own legs. This does take up space and the lounge chairs are not in place as per usual.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy 6 persons per unit of which we allow maximum 4 adults only, the balance must be children. Adult families all over 12 years, willing to sleep in the lounge, will be welcomed.

Bring Along

Own food, all toiletries, insect repellent (inside and outside), sun protection, rain protection, beach furniture, wood/charcoal and emergency light, optional own decoder - card - cable.

Other

Parking is on site at carport under roof cover for 1 vehicle per unit.
Strictly Non – smoking within 1 meter from building.

Child Policy

All ages welcome. Due to wildlife surrounds parental presence is essential and at the swimming pool.

50% Pre-payment deposit is required to secure a booking.
Extra Fee: Refundable key and breakage deposit of R300.00. Payable on arrival and refunded on departure after inspection.

Seasons

Low Season

All dates except December Peak and Long Weekends
Rate is per person per night.
The minimum rate is the same for 1 or 2 persons. Single rate = 2 persons.
Minimum stay is 2 consecutive nights (1 night may be available – please ask)

High Season

December Peak 15 December to 2 January: Rate is Per Unit Per Night, Minimum stay 5 nights, No departure or arrival on 25 December and 1 January.

Long Weekends: Rate is Per Person Per Night, Minimum stay 3 consecutive nights.

Examples of calculating stay

Rate low season for 2 persons for 2 nights = R1580.00 ( 790 x 2 nights)
Rate long weekend for 4 persons for 3 nights = R3300.00 ( 1100 x 3 nights)
