Our Garden Cottage Units

3 Conjoined ( one wall sharing) ground level apartment units.

Each cottage unit is like a little house with one bathroom and an open plan dining-lounge-kitchen area. The building is face brick walls inside and outside, ceramic tiled floors, carpeted bedroom floors and extra high pine ceilings. All windows are louvre type. All opening doors and windows have insect netting protection.

Each cottage has its own little garden area for own use with a braai (bbq) facility and plastic garden furniture, separated by plants, semi-private.

Accommodation is not shared regardless of the number of persons less than maximum occupancy. Patio doors are the only entrance with a back door leading to clothesline only.

The dedicated kitchen area is fully equipped with a stove and most relevant equipment for self-cooking. The lounge area has a dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and 2 single child beds. The patio door leads onto an own garden area with braai and garden furniture.

The bathroom has a shower (with curtain) basin, toilet and bath, small mounted mirror cupboard, towel rail and the washing basket.

One bedroom has a double bed, closet, money box safe, dressing table and chair and bedside tables. The other or 2nd bedroom has 2 single base beds, closet, dressing table and chair, bedside tables.

We Provide

Occupancy

Units No1 and No 2: Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. (4 Adults only and 1 / 2 Children)

Unit No 3: Maximum occupancy 4 persons. ( 2 adults only and 1 or 2 children).

Other

Parking is on-site, at carport under roof cover. Parking space is available for trailers and we have a trolley to cart luggage. Strictly Non – smoking within 1 meter from the building.

Child Policy

All ages welcome. Due to wildlife surrounds parental presence is essential and at the swimming pool.

50% Pre-payment deposit is required to secure a booking
Extra Fee: Refundable key and breakage deposit of R300.00. Payable on arrival and refunded on departure after inspection.

Seasons

Low Season

All dates except December Peak and Long Weekends Rate is per person per night.

The minimum rate is for 2 persons. Single rate is the same for 2 persons. Minimum stay is 2 consecutive nights (1 night may be available – please ask)

High Season

December Peak 15 December to 2 January: Rate is Per Unit Per Night, Minimum stay 5 nights, No departure or arrival on 25 December and 1 January.

Long Weekends: Rate is Per Person Per Night, Minimum stay 3 consecutive nights.
